Meyer Lemons are crushed with olives in a Tunisian olive mill to produce this oil with a unique lemon flavor. Lemon Extra Virgin will complement Chicken and Seafood with ease, and makes an excellent base for vinaigrettes. A big seller at The Olive Branch is Meyer Lemon EVOO paired with Strawberry Balsamic Vinegar to be used as a salad dressing or brushed over Pork Chops and Chicken before grilling. We also use Meyer Lemon EVOO instead of melted butter in a boxed pound cake recipe. Heat for a few seconds in the microwave and dip hot crab, lobster or shrimp into this rich and tasty EVOO instead of butter.
